Angora and Entropy is set in the near future. It details
the activities of Al Cross, a communication facilitator, as he transmits
information across his SDN (short distance network) located in the Great
Plains region. |
A perfect society has come about in which two things are most valued, the ubiquity and accessibility of a particular form of individual communication and the titillation inherent in interchangeability. | ||
The former is maintained by near constant vocal contact; the later by soft, tight clothing. It is the citizens here that control the airwaves and more than anything else, each wishes every transmission to return to its original source, albeit in a mutated form. |
